Two skylights, one northeast, one southwest, provide twin bays with opposite orientations, two contrasting atmospheres also for didactic purposes. In facing each other, the twin bay layout enlivens an in-between terrace, a social space open to transverse gazes from the mother building. A muter perimeter explains the sunken, periscope-like nature of the architecture and aims to lessen the effects of a large contiguous parking lot. Copper roofs form the fifth and most visible façade, specially seen from the studios and offices of its resonating precedent.
